Magnetic Inertial Propulsion Demonstrated with Statorless Motor in Small Boat

This concept is illustrated in an aluminum pan floating in water. The water is a good medium for experimentation since it allows movement of the boat with small forces but it also has a lot of drag. The motor spins much faster if hanging from a swivel.
