Guy clears snow by throwing into road and a mail truck snow violation

Clearing and throwing snow into the road is not only dangerous but is illegal.

Also, by law vehicles are expected to clear snow off of their cars.

Both of these type of violations are seen within seconds of each other after a snow storm
