Well, it's Monday morning and we're not in a good mood with what happened Saturday afternoon but contractual obligations require we show up and put this segue up and all over the place. In this one, Joe Cocker takes the Allman Brothers downtown... Gregg never liked the fact that Cocker copied this song in the first place... regardless, we follow that up with Sugar Ray and his copy of Joe Jackson's "Is She Really Going Out With Him?" And somehow today's Segue City Special finally gets out of the station so that we can tear it down and start all over tomorrow...

Segue City will be a recurring short-form programming element of "The Big Kahuna" - one of GET's developmental Internet Radio formats created by Dain Schult. It will also be expanded as a part of that format and finally evolve into a full, long-form programming element on its own. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
