FREEDOM CELLS:
- What are freedom cells: Decentralized groups at local levels of 8 individuals to grow their own food, share skills, prepare for the unexpected and build communities.
Go to freedomcells.org to create a free profile, and area of location where map facilitates the growth of freedom cells.
The map allows to find people and freedom cells in the area. By Feb 11 2022: 30625 members. Australia, India, Mexico, the US, etc.
Solutions are not the politicians or to turn violent. The answer is to exit the current system and build something better.
- How Freedom Cells work:
Organize a meeting in your area, get to know each other. Share what we are interested in: permaculture, alternative currencies, educate kids differently. Find common interests in a group.
If there is enough people, groups can be created in different parts of the town to meet weekly and there could be a monthly groups with all of them for a city wide group.
This is a non hierarchical structure. Power and Knowledge are distributed among the group.
Expertise and leadership are shared per project and these temporary leaders share their knowledge for others to follow and elevate the group as a whole.
- This can be done at a city or state wide level where freedom cells connect to each other.
- Concept applies to many things:
Growing food
Defense: martial arts, shooting range
Sharing knowledge
Peaceful parenting, home schooling
e.g. Wanting to build a community garden. Connecting multiple cells and having people with same interest work on it.
Cell of 8 is a recommendation, not too big that can bring chaos, not to small that is hard to achieve things. But if there are only two people, start anyway.

- We need to make some sacrifices and take some effort to go in the right direction. We need to make real changes
