How to clean up your funk - bass playing tips for clean, even tones!

11+ years ago, Bootsy Collins had something going on called The Funk University.
Every month there was a contest and "guest professors" would submit a video on bass playing or tips; that month's winner got a prize.

This particular contest, from December of 2010, was special because the grand prize video would be decided on by Bootsy himself...and this is the winning video!

I won a nice wireless instrument system and kudos on The Funk University's web site and YouTube channel. (Still have the wireless, too :-) )

Accolades are nice and all, but if you play the bass and want a cleaner sound, study this video, practice every day what you study - and practice slowly until it becomes automatic.
