Real Estate Hat Trick Property #2

I love getting the whole family involved in the business. I know I sometimes drive Katie crazy when I derail her scope and sequence for the kids schooling, BUT deep down she knows that "Finance Friday" is the most important day of the week, lol

Here's a quick walk through of the second of three properties of my hat trick. It turned out to be a much more involved project than we originally anticipated. We had to do a complete rewire, rock about 50% of the walls, blow out a wall, install a header, gut a kitchen, and rebuild an exterior wall.

Even with all that work, we knocked it out in 2 months and had it leased up before we even finished it!
