Man Charged With Shooting Parents Stopped Using This Tech: Cops

A bodybuilder who was charged with shooting his parents on Christmas Day appeared in court today, and we’re learning more about the technology used to apprehend him. Police say they used the OnStar in Dino Tomassetti’s Cadillac Escalade to track him as he fled. They were able to remotely slow the vehicle down and bring it to a full stop, making sure to avoid causing an accident in a chase. In a strange twist, his parents survived and were in court to support him.
