FFXIV Endwalker MSQ 25-The Last Bastion

Garleans are petty. They fight for a past injustice that they didn't actually live through themselves. (800ish years is when they lost Corvos and they won the land back under Emet-Selch) So they got their land back and their revenge. Of course it was on people who had never actually done anything wrong towards them... but I suppose in their eyes that is besides the point. Sins of the father and all that though it would be like great great yeah 8 times over.
They are like a bunch of two year olds throwing a temper tantrum who never learned to adult. Even after they got their revenge they chose to conquer the rest of the world as well...
I get that the people of Garlemald don't know that their entire nation was forged for the sole purpose of sewing chaos in the world but still...
