Does QE Actually Cause Inequality?

Given the rapidly increasing inequality over the last few decades, and given the rapidly increasing supply of money funded by the Federal Reserve, many reasonably point to quantitative easing as the source of the inequality. As with all complex topics, though, the answer is a little bit more nuanced than that.
