Revised Officer speaks out with full audio

I'm not sure what happened with the original video I uploaded. I edited it a bit and uploaded it but have come to realize that the audio at the end was missing for whatever reason. So I went back and fixed it. Here's the full audio which has some important points he makes at the end that I feel needs to be heard as well.
