NYC POV: Protester Talks NYPD Support, Vaccine Mandates: “It Should Be Everybody’s Choice”

On February 8, 2022, a small number of anti-vaccine-mandate protesters rallied in front of the Police Benevolent Association in downtown Manhattan in support of NYPD employees who have refused to comply with New York City’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate that requires police to provide proof of vaccination by February 11, 2022. Those who do not comply face termination.

This protester talked to us about her support for the NYPD, why she’s been protesting pandemic restrictions from the beginning, and her family’s experience with COVID-19 vaccines.
