A Reporter on a street out front of the Kenosha Court House was approached by a little man,wearing clothes that looked like he had borrowed from an Army Navy store, claiming that He was the President of Executive Protection an outfit that was camped out by the interstate where the lone member had been hiding and lurking waiting for the chance. to feel important and put himself into a high profile case he had no business being involved. the irony was the only identifying mark on this transient man was a ravioli staining his pants. no badge no gun, just a broken cell phone that he fake called himself on and a ball cap he borrowed from a five year old prior to going on camera.
