"Ogden's Tavern" from Diablo (1996) for use in Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

Ogden's Tavern of the Rising Sun, designed in 3DS Max 2022, Textured/Painted with Substance Designer 2021. Perfectly scaled and optimized, including walk meshes for use in the game. This model is an 8-Part placeable and the textures will come in 1K, 2K, and 4K, and when I figure out how to compress the TGA files to DDS, I will. I have to make sure DDS files work with MRT files so the PBR textures show up properly in game.
