I CAN'T FIGURE MUSIC | Bendy and the Ink Machine - Part 3

So I still need to figure out how to drain the Music Department of Ink. In order to do that, I have to get into Sammy's area. Easier said than down, because I don't remember this place being in any playthrough's I've watched (it was though).
