The reference you see of 11.3 in this video is not a date in November.

11.3 is the subsection on page 805 from the Department of Defense Law of War manual and details actions to be taken when a foreign occupation exists in our country. That occupation occurred at the swearing in of Joe Biden as the supposed president of the United States, over a year ago. He was placed there in a fraudulent election orchestrated by the Cabal via the Chinese Communist Party and now that the one year anniversary has been met, he will be removed very shortly in a legal process as per the Constitution of the United States.
