Here is where I start going over specific OCC and my musings on each OCC. This is the Combat Cyborg OCC and its pages in the Rifts Ultimate Book.

All information can be found in the Palladium books. I encourage everyone to read them for yourself and get a more comprehensive understanding of Rifts and all palladium games.

The film stars Joel Kinnaman as the title character, with Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, Abbie Cornish and Jackie Earle Haley in supporting roles.
