This was the segue we had planned to used yesterday before the Mayor came barging in and wanting that other segue used so we decided to sneak this one in on Saturday while he's still asleep... it shows our Southern roots - kind of like putting salty peanuts in a Coke - don't knock it unless you've tried it... you can also mix Sugar Babies in a bottle of Orange Crush... yes, we know it sounds weird but it works... (HBDD)

Segue City will be a recurring short-form programming element of "The Big Kahuna" - one of GET's developmental Internet Radio formats created by Dain Schult. It will also be expanded as a part of that format and finally evolve into a full, long-form programming element on its own. It’s all a part of GET’s radio division – American Internet & Radio (“AIR”).

The feature will be available for integration into other AIR Classic Rock terrestrial stations in the future as well. It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
