VIDEO WITH THE WITHDRAWAL OF RUSSIAN TROOPS

Russia's Defense Ministry has released a video showing a number of its tanks and armored vehicles leaving the area near the Ukrainian border.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that some Russian troops deployed near the border with Ukraine have begun to return to their barracks. "The units of the southern and western military areas, after completing their training, have already begun to return to their barracks," said Igor Konachenkov, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense.

Following the news, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine considers that escalation with Russia has been avoided for the time being.

It is recalled that Russia had gathered more than 100,000 troops on the border with Ukraine since December, with the US warning that a Russian invasion of the country was possible at any time.
