Replacing a Loose Drywall Anchor

I'm replacing the old anchor with an E-Z Anchor model #25210 which is rated for up to 75 lbs. Note this weight rating is based on items hung flush with the wall on 1/2" drywall. Make sure you don't overtighten the anchor and don't use them for ceiling applications nor for televisions.
