Joe Biden made a promise on the day he was sworn into office to all those in his Administration. "If I hear you treat another colleague with disrespect, talk down to someone. I promise you I will fire you on the spot. Everybody is entitled to respect and dignity"....but just like everything else he's "promised" he certainly didn't mean to follow through with it!
