Judge Throws Out NIRVANA 'Nevermind' Baby Lawsuit

Spencer Elden filed suit against Nirvana and the estate of Kurt Cobain last year over the cover of the album he appeared on. A judge recently ruled on the matter and tossed the NIRVANA case.
