Don't Tell Me What To Do Deputy Gomez!!

This man was detained for "having smoke coming from his hood" ( at least that's what Deputy Gomez told him ) Then he was locked in the back of Deputy Gomez's car while his car was searched. Of course nothing illegal was found and the man was released after losing his freedom and his rights being violated.
