Try this challenging all Abs workout with some added back work cool down. Add this to your workout or do on those days you want to feel your Abs, and guaranteed you will feel your Abs.
Workout starts out with Feet up the Bar (or Chair), continues with Pilates and then with a section I like to call Gymnast Abs. Then some feel good back work which is so essential to balance out your Abdominal Workout.
