General McInerney focused attention on the fact that the Wisconsin legislature voted by an unanimous voice-vote to allow the state's legislature to vote on recalling the states 10 Electoral College votes. The state's investigators have found at least 100,000 illegal votes; Trump lost the state by only 10,000 votes.
