My BF Still Talks to His Ex

Question:

I’ve been dating a man for a year. I’m 25 and he’s 27.

I recently found out he still talks to his ex.

I once caught my boyfriend video calling her and once he saw me, he hung up.

When I asked him why, he said she bugs him and wants to get back together with him.

So, I asked him to block her which he did (but, what I didn’t know is behind my back they were still communicating and a lot was happening behind the scenes).

When I decided to end the relationship, he begged me not to leave him.

I then felt pity for him because I love him, so I decided to stay.

But I’ve lost trust in him, because I still believe he still communicates with his ex.

What can I do?
