History of the U.S. Star Spangled Banner and why I will never watch a NFL or MLB game as they knee!

Just wanted to talk about my mother a little bit as she is dying. As a former school teacher she wanted to talk about the topic of the American flag. She asked, "Son do you know where our flag and our U.S. national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner" came from? I said, pretty much but I'm sure you have more knowledge about that than I do.
