Fighting Over the Gun grappling

If a civilian is ever going to use their gun in self-defense, high chance it is going to happen within grappling distance.

We have to be very cautious about going to weapon because we could end up in jail for a long time, losing job, losing family.

We're basically put in a position where we have to really be able to prove that use of deadly force was required and it increases the chance of getting into a "grapple over the gun" situation.
