Habakkuk was troubled that God would use the wicked Chaldeans to punish His people Judah. God responded by pronouncing five woes on the Chaldeans. Good people should know that God is well aware of the evil that surrounds us and He has a plan by which He will punish those who do evil in His time and His way.
