✨ I thought I'd talk today about how it's very easy to find yourself not paying attention to what's going on around you, to the point where in my situation, my hosuemate moved a few fairly big items of furniture around in the lounge and it took me 2 hours to notice, and even then I couldn't figure out what was supposed to have moved.

It's important to realise this, and bring yourself back to that awareness, and practice being aware of your surroundings regularly.
