✨ Sleep paralysis is VERY close to being a lucid dream, you just need to NOT move for long enough and you'll enter the dream. When you're laying there paralyzed and can't move or do anything, don't freak out just get ready to have a lucid dream! In order to get there, you need to fight the 'rollover urge' which causes you to DELAY sleep paralysis onset and stay awake for longer.
