✨ In this lovely little video I’m going to explain how you can use a simple trick called the ‘rollover signal’ or the rollover urge, to induce sleep paralysis directly. This works fast, so be careful and read up about sleep paralysis before you go into this!

By using the rollover urge to have sleep paralysis, you can enter a lucid dream directly, and have an instant lucid dream. This is why you might want to get sleep paralysis on purpose.

The rollover signal is a powerful way of getting into the sleep paralysis state and I believe Shane Dawson briefly mentioned something about this in his video about lucid dreaming. Enjoy!
