Our World Is Changing
We live in a world where our lives are changing in ways they never have before. We interact with one another in new and different ways, the way we travel is changing, our health is changing, and the way we educate ourselves is changing.
It's important to note that these changes are not always for the better. There are many issues that come with this change. One of these issues is mental health. Mental health has been on the rise over the past few decades and it's only getting worse. The rates of depression among young people have doubled since 2008 according to a study published by JAMA Psychiatry.

We are living in a world where everything is changing. The way we interact with one another, the way we transport, the way we communicate, the way we educate ourselves. These are just some of the changes that have happened in recent years. And if this continues then our lives and our world will be completely different than what it was before.
The thing is that change is not always a bad thing. Sometimes it's something that has to happen for us to do better or to become more tolerant or respectful of others around us. But there are also times when change can be something that makes us feel lost or out of place - like when you're starting college and you don't know anyone else on campus or when you're moving to a new city and don't know anyone there either.
Technology and social media have changed the way we communicate. We are more connected than ever before and this has had a huge impact on our mental health.
Social media has given us a platform to voice our opinions and share our thoughts with the world. This is both good and bad for society. There is always the risk of cyberbullying, but it also allows for people to reach out to one another in times of need, such as when they are feeling depressed or suicidal.
We should not forget that technology can also be used to improve our health by monitoring it through wearables, tracking sleep patterns, etc.
