When do i have to be silent?

Sometimes, its better to be silent/Today, everybody is talking and very few are saying something! So many, too many are in love with the sound of their own voice! They proclaim themselves, they proclaim empty promises, they proclaim debauchery and non values, all in the name of freedom, a freedom that is poorly understood!
What about us? Do we know when to be silent and when to talk? And when we talk, are our words meaningful?
