This is a 15 minute standing barre workout. Included is warmup, legs, arms, standing abs, and cool down. This workout is all standing.
The arms section uses NO WEIGHTS. No equipment is required, all you need is a chair.
Do these 15 minute barre workouts when you are short on time or maybe on your lunch break at work. It is good to move and barre is one of the best workouts.
