02-11-2022 Lexington, KY A 51 MPH wind gust was recorded at Lexington's Bluegrass Airport this afternoon. Much of Kentucky is under a Red Flag warning due to heavy winds and dry conditions. The city has seen consistent high wind all afternoon with several gust in the 50 MPH range reported by the Kentucky Mesonet and National Weather Service. So far it's the warmest day of the year for Lexington in the mid 60's and one of the windiest. #LMS #KYwx
