China Underestimates the US intelligence

The Question is: On February 17, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said at the UN Security Council that US information indicates that Russia “takes steps down the path to war” and is “preparing to launch an attack against Ukraine in the coming days”. By sharing the intelligence, he added, the US aims “not to start a war, but to prevent one”. Does China have any comments?
