Large Explosion near Luhansk Ukraine - The First Big Explosion Today

Here's a video I found of the first big explosion in Ukraine today. Looks to me like it's another gas pipeline. But I could be wrong about that...
No idea what they're saying in the audio, but I'm sure we can all kind of guess.
