The stock market is getting ready for a crazy move tomorrow as the bounce today just raised the stakes. The S&P 500 managed to breakout to the top end of the bounce range today as dovish central bank comments and guidance towards a softer CPI report helped ease bond yields and volatility. Depsite bond volatility returning by the end of the day, the stock market was still able to close near the highs of the day. With a move like today and the divergence getting bigger, this will only make tomorrow's CPI report more volatile and a number above 7.3% could really spook markets. I go over what happened and the brief recap, then I cover the earnings for the day and the trades I made to setup for this move.
