CDC Covid 19 Protocol Unplug and Run Part 2

Interview with my cousins over the hospital care in Covid Ward. He was transported via ambulance for a heart attack, they broke his ribs to revive him and then admitted him in the Covid Ward upon arrival!! WTF??
