How to deal with ACTUAL conspiracy theorists?

People that wear real tinfoil hats actually have the absurd belief that government has their best interests in mind. They generally even think that all the covid mandates are somehow justified. It's surreal. How do we deal with them? These are the people who give government social license to do what it's doing and it must be stopped.
