These videos will catalog the push hands drills that were taught by Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang at a Hunyuan workshop in Helsinki Finland in the year 2000. The second video is demonstrating the single hand moving step drills. While some details are mentioned, these videos are not meant to teach the drills in detail. Yet there should be adequate detail for anyone that wants to try them.
