Possibility of General of Canada block passing of Emergency Powers?

I've received lots of emails & texts about the Governor General blocking royal assent of the Emergency Powers Act, in this video I share my thoughts on why I think there is little to no chance of this happening. As mentioned in the video I'm not a constitutional specialist nor do I play on TV, just a student of politics and a critical thinker. I would welcome your thoughts!
