Zelensky's speech in Munich

Zelensky proposed to organize a lend-Lease program for Ukraine, under which weapons and equipment will be supplied to the country.

Zelensky also called for the introduction of a new package of tough sanctions against the aggressor.

Vladimir Zelensky said that he instructed the Foreign Ministry to convene a summit of the participating countries of the Budapest Memorandum, and if it does not take place or does not provide Ukraine with security guarantees, it will be recognized by Kiev as invalid together with the points signed in 1994

"Everything that was shown yesterday is in the temporarily "occupied" territories. These are all provocations. It's all pure lies. There are no wounded or killed" - Zelensky.

- Ukraine wants peace. Europe wants peace. The world says it doesn't want to fight, and Russia says it doesn't want to attack. One of us is lying. This is not yet an axiom, but it is no longer a hypothesis.;
- there are 150 thousand Russian soldiers at the borders of Ukraine;
— it is not so important how many Russian troops are near the borders of Ukraine. It is important - and how many of us;
— We will defend our land, with or without the support of partners;
- Crimea and the occupied areas of Donbass will definitely return to Ukraine peacefully;
— They tell us the doors are open to NATO, but so far outsiders are not allowed in;
— We are ready to negotiate anywhere in the world. The world needs peace in Ukraine - within internationally recognized borders.
