We talked about diversity, social issues, and energy policies. Paula is one of the best interviewers I have had the pleasure of working with. There are things that the leaders of energy companies and energy policymakers need to think about: The first is how to attract the next generation of great employees while guaranteeing that diversity and inclusion are not just lip service.
