Some people are incredulous that something as simple as vaginal, rectal, ear ozone insufflations or drinking ozonated water could have any significant effect.

Also the idea that simple non-invasive home ozone treatments could come close to the effectiveness of intravenous ozone seems ridiculous. 

And yet, I have performed hundreds of ozone IVs on myself (and wrote a book about them), on my patients, but have also spent hundreds of hours using home ozone treatments, and some of the most profound transformations I have witnessed were with things like ozonated water, vaginal insufflations and ozone saunas.
