Poisoning the water to control and sterilise populations is used extensively. Adding fluoride to water was experimented on in POW camps and cities during WW2. Fluoride was used to enhance additional mind control by deadening brain activity and slowing resistance to authority. MK experiments studied the slave labour camps and the development of resistance and to teach the masses to spy and report on each other. We see the mass mind control techniques being implemented today from these individual mk ultra experiments.
