U.S. Cannot Defend Against Russia Attack on Power Grid

Dr. Peter Pry is the Executive Director of the Task Force on National and Homeland Security and the author of “Blackout Warfare:  Attacking The U.S. Electric Power Grid, A Revolution In Military Affairs.”  He reports that Russia and China are way ahead of the U.S. in what will be the future of military power: cyber and EMP attacks.  It is no surprise then that President Biden has not stood up to Putin’s aggression while China watches on.
