Pokemon Red Nuzlocke (Thunderlocke) Part 1

For those unfamiliar with Nuzlockes, a Nuzlocke in Pokemon is where you must follow three specific rules:

1. You can only catch the first Pokemon on any route you encounter (Towns and Cities, included).

2. If a Pokemon in your party faints, it is dead and must either be released or banished to your PC

3. You must nickname your Pokemon so you grow attached to them.

For this variant, the Thunderlocke, I add three more rules.

1. You only get to catch the first Pokemon you encounter in between Gym Battles. (Pallet to Pewter, Pewter to Cerulean, etc.) Dupes clause is in effect

2. You can only heal at a Pokemon Center five times for each city, town, etc.

3. If you end up softlocked due to not having an HM user in your party, then you have to sacrifice your highest level Pokemon in order to proceed.
