Biden Looking to Shift Blame for the Continuing Pandemic

Experts have said that Covid-19 will become endemic, meaning no matter what we do, it is here to stay forever. Knowing this to be the case and not wanting to shoulder the blame for not "ending" Covid-19, Biden looks to shift blame. If the solution is at the state level and Republican governors won't mandate vaccines, they will become the targets of the media and the Democrats, more so than they already are.
