Permitless Carry Gaining Ground in Alabama

Despite the objections from some county sheriffs and many politically-appointed police chiefs in the state, lawmakers appear poised to give Constitutional Carry the green light this week, decriminalizing the right of legal gun owners to bear arms without first obtaining a government-issued permission slip.
